Programing for Health and Fitness Around Chronic Injuries

Performance Coaching for Outdoor Athletes
Jamie just crushed her first half marathon—proof that she can do hard things. Now, the idea of running a 50K lights her up... but also totally overwhelms her. She's motivated, but not reckless—she knows just winging it could lead to burnout or injury. What she really wants is a clear, strategic path that fits into her real life—work, family, early mornings and all. She’s not trying to be the fastest. She just wants to be smart, consistent, and proud of how she shows up for herself.
Steve is no stranger to the grind—he’s run 100-milers before and knows exactly what it takes. But after that brutal injury and a DNF that still stings, everything feels different now. He’s just been cleared by his PT, but confidence? That’s lagging behind. He’s itching to get back out there, to finally conquer the race that took him out—but this time, he refuses to let ego write the training plan. What he wants now is structure, strategy, and support to rebuild smart... so he can go the distance without his body breaking down again.
Sarah's tough, seasoned, and has zero plans of slowing down. The mountains, the trails, the big adventures—they're non-negotiable. But so is taking care of the only body she gets. After years of on-and-off injuries, she’s done with pushing through pain just to prove she can. With perimenopause on the horizon and a big adventure race on the calendar, she’s ready to train smarter, not just harder. What she wants is a plan that builds resilience—not breakdown. One that respects her body, supports her hormones, and keeps her strong enough to chase wild goals well into her badass older years.
Don't Worry, I Can Help!
As endurance athletes—especially those of us navigating our 30s, 40s, and beyond—we're often told to "slow down" or "just be grateful you can still move." But you’re not here to play small. Whether you’re bouncing back from injury, training for your first 50K, or chasing redemption on a DNF’d 100-miler, your goals matter. You want to move well, train hard, and build a body that holds up—for the long haul. And you shouldn’t have to choose between big adventures and long-term health. I help trail runners, adventure racers, and adventure-driven athletes train smarter, recover better, and build true resilience—so you can keep pushing limits without breaking down. With a personalized, evidence-based approach that integrates strength, mobility, recovery, and performance, we’ll take the guesswork out of your journey. You bring the grit—I’ll bring the strategy. Ready to make your comeback (or your next PR) the smartest one yet? Let’s talk.

Why Choose Me
I Get Endurance Athletes
I’ve lived the training, the injuries, the comebacks. You won’t have to explain what a 50K is or why DNS’ing isn’t an option.
Results-driven rehab meets performance coaching
No cookie-cutter rehab plans here. You get a hybrid approach that blends PT + coaching to keep you strong, mobile, and progressing toward your goals.
Injury prevention is the plan, not the afterthought
We don’t just fix what’s hurting—we build the kind of resilience that keeps it from coming back.
Ongoing support + open communication
You’ll never be left guessing. You’ll have direct access to me for questions, tweaks, and pep talks when sh*t hits the fan.
I treat the whole athlete—not just the injury
Recovery isn’t just about rehab exercises. I integrate all aspects of healing—sleep, nutrition, stress, nervous system regulation—into your plan so your body actually has the tools to rebuild stronger. Because if you're not recovering well, you're not training well.
No waiting rooms. No waitlists.
With virtual care, you skip the 3-week wait to “get in” and the hassle of scheduling around a packed clinic calendar. We connect quickly, work around your life, and get started when you actually need help—not after the pain has passed. Plus, I get to see how you move in your real environment, which means your plan is more relevant, more effective, and way more convenient.
Meet Your Doctor of Physical Therapy
I started my career as an Athletic Trainer in 2015 and earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. That same year, I decided to take my health into my own hands—battling chronic illness, chronic pain, and the reality that I couldn’t even run a mile. Fast forward to today: I’ve completed multi-day adventure races, ultra marathons, and built a body that can handle the stress of endurance… without breaking down.
Along the way, I’ve learned how crucial it is to go beyond just "rehab." Long-term performance requires more than foam rolling and rest days. It’s about movement, mindset, strength, recovery, nutrition, and nervous system regulation. That’s what I bring to the table.

After years of working in traditional clinical settings, I knew I wanted something different—a space where athletes aren’t told to “just rest” when what they need is a smarter plan. So I built this practice to support athletes like you: people who train hard, push limits, and want to keep showing up, stronger and smarter.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, navigating a tough training block, or just trying to stay healthy for the long haul—I’ve got you. I either collaborate directly with your coach or become your coach to build a rehab plan that fits seamlessly into your training. No waiting rooms, no guesswork, no taking your foot off the gas.
This isn’t just about injury or performance—it’s about building a body that can keep showing up for what lights you up.
